2. Scope of Services

    We offer both product sales and fix-and-supply services, which involve sourcing and professionally installing the product.

    ⚠️ Please Note: We may fulfill orders directly or through our vetted supplier network, depending on the nature of the order. This process remains internal, and clients will always receive complete service through Anchor Creations Zimbabwe.

3. Product Availability & Order Fulfillment

All products are subject to availability. We do not hold bulk stock but work with a wide range of trusted suppliers to fulfill your needs. This enables us to:

  • Deliver up-to-date, customizable solutions

  • Offer competitive pricing and flexible options

  • Reduce excess environmental waste (supporting our sustainability promise)

Anchor Creations Zimbabwe is responsible for order processing, quality assurance, coordination, and delivery of the final product or service.

4. Quotations, Pricing, and Invoicing

All prices and quotations provided are valid for a specified period (typically 7–14 days). We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing changes, or scope alterations

  • Issue custom invoices for shipping, installation, and special services as a separate line item

  • Require full or partial payment before commencement

Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in service delays or cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Due to the nature of our products, shipping costs are not automatically calculated on our site. Instead:

  • Each order is assessed manually to determine shipping fees, based on weight, dimensions, delivery location, and urgency

  • You will receive a separate shipping invoice for acceptance prior to dispatch

  • Delivery times are estimated and communicated in good faith, but may vary due to logistical factors beyond our control

Anchor Creations Zimbabwe is not liable for delays or losses resulting from third-party logistics partners or acts of nature.

6. Installation Services

Where applicable, professional installation may be arranged. This may be handled internally or via a certified technician. If a customer chooses to install independently, Anchor Creations  is not liable for damage resulting from poor or incorrect installation.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. However, due to our fulfillment model, we enforce the following policies:

  • No returns are accepted for custom or made-to-order items

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, only in the event of proven defects or order errors

  • All claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery

  • Refunds may be subject to processing fees and supplier deductions

  • Cancellations must be made before order confirmation or before payment, unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to reject unjustified claims to protect the integrity of our supplier network.

8. Warranties & Product Responsibility

Warranties, if offered, are governed by the terms of our suppliers and manufacturers. Anchor Creations Zimbabwe facilitates communication but is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Expired warranties or unsupported claims

  • Downtime caused by failed third-party repairs

In some cases, a direct agreement may be created between you and the supplier for long-term servicing. We may act as intermediaries to ensure the process is seamless.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

To streamline your experience, we allow login, account creation, and authentication through Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other third-party platforms. When you use these services:

  • You consent to sharing certain personal data (e.g., email, name, profile picture)

  • Data is used solely for identity verification and account convenience

  • We do not post on your behalf or access private content

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of them also indicates acceptance of their individual agreements.

10. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse, replicate, or exploit any of our content or intellectual property

  • Maintain confidentiality of order details and any shared proprietary material

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Misuse or unauthorised third-party interventions

  • Delivery delays or failures due to unforeseen events

  • Data loss from third-party platform issues or login integration

Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including images, designs, product descriptions, logos, and written content — belongs to Anchor Creations Zimbabwe. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written permission.

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend access to our services for any misuse, abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms

  • Refuse service at our discretion, in alignment with legal standards and business ethics

14. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend access to our services for Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be handled through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be escalated to mediation or arbitration under Zimbabwean law for any misuse, abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms

  • Refuse service at our discretion, in alignment with legal standards and business ethics

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
